I offer individual, family, and couples counseling. A free, initial consultation will help determine if my services are right for you.

Please note that coverage varies by specific plan. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits, including copay amounts, deductible requirements, and any prior authorization needs.

Out-of-Network Benefits:

If your insurance plan is not listed above, you may still have out-of-network mental health benefits. I can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Fees:

45-minute session: $150

55-minute session: $170

90-minute session: $200

Payment plans available upon request

24-hour notification of cancellation is required. There is a $75 fee not billable to insurance for any no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. Violation of this policy may result in being discharged from services.

All of our communication becomes part of the clinical record, which is accessible to you upon request. I will keep confidential anything you say as part of our counseling relationship, with the following exceptions: (a) you direct me in writing to disclose information to someone else, (b) it is determined you are a danger to yourself or others (including child or elder abuse), or (c) I am ordered by a court to disclose information utilized.
